How to upgrade from RC1 to RC2

Hai! How can I upgrade to RC2 from RC1 without modifying the content. Is i have to manually modify some files?. Let me know what i have to do..........

I recommend you to wait few days till release. There will we be upgrade package for all Betas and RCs.
