I see in System - Settings there are now locations to specify mobile and tablet themes (which are separate from the computer theme).  Excellent and welcomed addition.

My question is, where are those specific themes stored?  And if they are stored in the "normal" location, how are they segregated in order to be added into the new locations and eventually made functional?
